Payments for all pre-orders will be charged the day you make your purchase. Processing and shipping dates for all pre-orders will vary. See item description for the approximate date pre-orders will ship.
Delays may be possible as distribution centers are struggling to keep up with demand currently. We will keep you informed of any delays as we become aware of them. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these trying times.
If pre-order goals are met we will happily make more frequent orders with our distributor to get your order to you sooner.
When making a pre-order purchase please know that any other items purchased in the same transaction will all ship when your pre-ordered item is available. If you wish to have non-pre-order items in a timely manner you will need to make a separate purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer set prices when carrier rates are unavailable. These rates are subject to change at anytime.
Please be patient with the shipping transit time of your order as mail is moving a bit slowly at the moment.
We offer a variety of items including some that are made to order!
Processing time for made to order items will be around 1-5 Business Days. Shipping is 5-8 Business Days (after processing time).
Processing time for on-hand items will be 1-2 Business days. Shipping is 5-8 Business Days (after processing time).

Within the United States - First Class Packages (5-8 business days in transit),
Any orders within the United States over $75 will automatically receive free standard shipping.
International Standard Shipping to all countries. We are unable to calculate International shipping time as every order varies depending on the destination and any and all checkpoints international mail must go through. We apologize for any inconvenience!
